- I just turned 46! Life is always interesting. I continue to work in Creswell as Director of Lane Library District. I love my work but have trouble keeping up on all the details when I'd really prefer to spend my days planning cool programs and shooting the breeze with Creswellians. I'm active in the community, taking leadership in library and community issues. My two kids are doing well. Kento (19) is living in LA, doing some kind of computer work (audio, editing, etc.) for a radio station. He's also doing some documentary work for cable access. Emi (16) is living out loud in her second year at OSU. She just moved into her first apartment with Golden Retriever, Ret. I'm in a new relationship (5 months now) with a great guy. Jerry is outgoing, social, and very funny! He's also a sweet, gentle guy. OK... he's not perfect: he loves Duck football and vintage European cars. But amazingly even farm girls can learn to tolerate being driven around in a jag. ;-)

I am always so impressed when I hear about the stuff your kids are up to... Kento in LA. Very cool. Emi in an apartment with a golden retriever. Is that freaking you out just a little?
